jwh floorplate?

can anybody tell me where a jwh floor plate is from?
it is also stamped with the WaA 251

the second question I have is the receiver says BCD 41 and the bolt however is 2771 and all matching and the trigger guard is 6013

the barrel is also Belgian anywhere from early pre war to early post war.

any idea on what is original for this receiver or is it a complete piece together?

you can find this code on K98 bajonet!!
