Lugar Holster Marking

A friend of mine picke up a Simpson lugar the other day serial number 2458 no prfix letter, in the holst is marked 4/J.R.105, the pistol is nicely marked with imperial inspection marks, any thoughts on the markings? I'll try and get some pics of the pistol next time I'm over to see him.

Very nice I would like to see the unit marks, if its imperial stamped the unit could have been rerissued in WW2 the unit marks style would tell me if its WW1 or WW2 if WW2 cool history ... 4/J.R.105 is the 105 Infantry Regiment 4th company.
