    Wehrmacht webbing gun holster?

    I have recently come over a webbing holster, which I believe to be very late wehrmacht production.
    I looks like it has been made from a flour bag. Note the red thread, which I have seen on magazine pouches. Is this real - and have any of you seen one like this before?

        IMO the holster is hand made from un-dyed canvas. I have never seen an example of German contracted canvas equipment items made using any fittings or sewing techniques that are those used on this holster.

        I beleive that it was made by an individual with some skill (but no machinery!) rather than a production facility....therefor it may be a one off example.
