    H & R Reising - Cal.45 - Model 50

This has been in my collection a while and I would like to know if any Forum member can advise on the "FAC De VENEZUELA 42" stampings. Would this have been manufactured for export or sent at some later date? To find an example of this weapon here in the UK is quite unusual and wonder if there are many surviving examples. it is deactivated, thought with all moving parts, but the only way we can collect here in England. Any comments or observations welcome, regards, Clive.

It seems probable that this is a Military pattern, however I am keen to know about the FAC de VENEZUELA 42 stampings, was this made in America for direct export or another meaning? If anyone has the answer it would be much appreciated, also possibly other examples could be posted. Regards, Clive.
