Good evening.
I am after the oppinions of experts on the following rifle
http://www.surplusrifleforum.com/vie...p?f=21&t=78858
Please excuse the link to surplus rifle forum, but for some reason I cannot get the images to upload on here.
I am told it is an all matching, all original G33/40 fitted with its original scope. So far as I can see it is all correct in every respect (stock, hollow bolt, sights, reciever, no locking screws on trigger gaurd), DOT 41 marked - scope mount is marked DUV (which I believe is correct) and scope marked CXN.
I did think that the serial number should have a letter block (I believe C or D for 1941)
The finish on the reciever looks a bit too nice, and the markings a bit polished down - but I doubt it is re-finished as the barrel certainly isnt (nice neat line where barrel meets reciever).
Priced as you would expect a matching and correct G33/40 with ZF41.
Any information hints tips or helps very welcome.
Many thanks in advance
