    2 New 42 dated Lugers

For my 1000th post I thought I'd show my 2 new byf42 Lugers. Both are matching (excluding the mags). The first few are of the new Lugers, and then I took a group shot of my Luger & accessory collection.

I hope to add more close-up pictures of the Lugers soon, but for now here is the info: the first one has the s/n 3353i and has wood grips. The other one is 4328m with bakelite grips. But this one is actually a Portuguese contract Luger... but still kind of nice.

                    Rylan,

That's a very nice Luger collection.
They all have a nice looking patina and color. As I said many times before, I like that.

As you already know, Lugers may become an addiction worse than cocaine. It's a road with no return!

                    Greetings,

                    Douglas

In Canada you can own Lugers, but they are of the Prohibited 12(6) class. You must have a valid PAL (Possession Acquisition Licence) with 12(6) on it. Because most P.08s have a 4" barrel, many people will have them rebarreled so they are not considered a short barreled handgun. Sadly this ruins a lot of nice Lugers.
