I understand that in essence, both "Eagle-WaA63" and "Eagle-63" markings are correct.
Now of course, the one from eBay is miles away from this one.

First thing is that I am no way near the expert than some are on this subject. My opinion is worth what you pay for.
I say fake and not a very good one.
On the tools which I can compare this to there are 2 conditions that stand out.
The first is the depth of the stamp, to deep. All the tools I have seen the stamps are not deep and it looks like they are stamped in harden steel. This one looks complete even tho it was struck at an angle.
The second is the radius of the edges. My tools have a nice small radius compared to this one. The larger radius is also a indication of softer metal, (cheap).
