    My new MP 40

    Hello everyone!

I receiven my new MP 40 this week. Was full-auto a few weeks back but it's now deactivated (nice work).

I just want to be sure it's a true WWII era example. Since it's my first German firearm, I'm no expert...

Anyone can point out where to check to see if it's an all match example?

If you need better pictures, let me know!

    Many thanks!

    hi,
    congratulations to this beauty
Nice match number mp40 from "bnz" , means STEYR , production 1941 .
I didnĀ“t have a look at all pictures because they load so long , but I would say everything is original ww2

Looks like a fine example of a well maintained gun. I was not able to open the link, but most if not all of the serial numbers will be on the left side (with the bolt handle). After you field strip it, the firing pin should also have a serial number.

There is nothing like an MP40 to build a display around!

Looks very nice, did you at least get to shoot a few rounds before it was deactivated?

Unfortunatly not, but I would liked to... But I'm still very happy with it.

                          Hi Guys,
Am I the only one who can't see any pictures?
                          A great shame as I'm a life-long MP40 fan - any help appreciated!
                          Regards,
                          Grossfuss

Yeah sorry about the pictures missing... I switched my files to a new Web host and took me a couple days to move databases & files... Now everything back in it's full (deactivated) glory

So, no one doubt about it's authenticity?

                              Thanks all!
