is this legal to ship to Denmark?

hey Guys, Glenn here. I was hoping someone out there could give me an answer to this, I want to ship this clip to a Friend of mine in Denmark. (I live in Florida.) I just want to make sure theres no Federal laws against it. I dont need any fines or imprisonment. can someone tell me whats up. thanks, Glenn

Glenn, I can only tell you that it is illegal to ship NFA, (Machine guns or parts) into the U.S., unless you are law enforcement or military. It is legal to ship machine guns or parts within the U.S. I would think the main problem would be with the receiving country. As a general rule, I don't ship or receive anything full auto out of country. To be completely safe I would suggest contacting the B.A.T.F. Sorry I could not be more definitive.

I'm from Europe and i have bought several gun items in US. Inc magazines!!
I don't think that is illegal if you send just a clip. And receiver is your "friend".
If you send whole gun that could be harder.

But this was only my opinion...

If it is under US$100 in value you may legally send it to Europe without a State Department Export Licence.

Any guns parts over $100 total per shipment or any exports of slides, barrels, receivers, cylinders, bolts or trigger mechanisms regardless of value will require an Export Licence.
