Colt 1911 opinions?

What do you guys think of this one? It's not for sale but might be in the future. What is a fair price to pay for this one? I am told it's date 1918.

I agree. The gun was definitively reblued. It lost a lot of metal while buffed. However, you can take it as a shooter or a restoration project. This kind of thing can be fun...
