MP44 Mags

I picked up these MP44 mags at an auction. I know the pouch is a reproduction, but what do you think of the loader and the mags. One Mag is marked qlv and the other is qnw. The loader is unmarked.

If your wondering why there are only two mags, I traded one already for an MG34 double barrel carrier with one MG34 barrel and an MG42 barrel carrier.











What do you guys think the current value of these mags is? $350 - $450 each?
What's the loader worth? Do you think it is postwar?
