Just a Quick Question to CA residents

Good day folks, I know this may be a stupid question but I've not collected guns in over 17 years and I'm out of touch on the laws in California. I'd like to get an SKS again for my collection and was wondering if they are still Legal.

I am pretty sure that if it does not have a detachable magazine it is legal, however just follow this thread's flowchart and you can determine if your rifle is California legal.
