DAK / Tropical K98 Sling

Hi guys,

Never seen a webbing one before.

Seems there is a marking but could n' t make out.

Would really want to know if its a one.

Can't say if it's original, but it appears to be an MP40 sling to me. The MP40 slings were made of webbing, but not sure if this is what they look like.

Some, not all, MP40 slings made of fabric. The one I have is 100% fine-weave fabric. I think the sling shown here is Italian; I've seen them on Italian carbines and one of mine came with a similar sling. The Frosch is probably an addition; the Italians used a button.

Of course Craig is right- I didn't mean to suggest all MP40 slings were web.
