These will not pass, there are many good dems that were elected in 06 and 08 that will not let this happen.

Funny, this idiot pushing the bill was arrested in 69 for illegal possession of guns.

Yea, I noted that his bio looked more like a rap sheet than a resume. Where do they get creatures like this?

Who knows. I just know that he has no business making gun laws if he violates them.

          Hi Guys,

Never say Never! These people are incrementalists and will keep chipping away at our rights little by little. It is still important to call your legislators and let then know how you disapprove of this of bill and bills like it. These guys live in there insulated political bubbles and get out of touch with us (the people they work for) very easily.

Congress and the president are also hoping to limit and heavily tax the sale of ammunition. This is another issue of concern to all of us.

I do not have an FFL or C&R but realize what affects these guys will soon affect all of us soon!

            Democrats...........

            Gentlemen,
I for one and sick and tired of these jerks in Congress dictating to us and working to take away our freedom. Join the National Rifle Association and then work vote the scum out of office as soon as we have a chance. They are going to keep working to take away our rights as long as we let them hang around.
            Don't Relax!
            Regards,
            Dick

Some of these guys it will be hard to vote out of office. For one, alot of the cities send anti-gunners to congress, it would be nearly impossible to vote out one of them(not completely impossible). Around here, the unions vote for anyone democrat, and when the people running for office tell them that they wont take their hunting guns away, they will vote for them (to alot of people around my redneck area, you dont need to own anything that isnt a bolt action or over and under, all AKs and ARs are bad to the rednecks around here). Vote for whoever is best for this country and who will look out for your rights, dont vote only along party lines, as that will cut out good democrats and good republicans who may be looking out for you better than the incumbent dem/repub.

Do your best to educate the folks who are either on the fence about guns or are totally anti gun. Alot of people will listen, some wont. The ones who wont, let them be dumb, they will smarten up when they are being robbed and they figure out that you cant talk down a robber.

I dont think this bill will pass, but we all need to stay vigilant. Many probably didnt think the AWB would pass 15 years ago, boy they were wrong.

I end this rant by saying that regardless of any piece of paper that tells me to register my guns, I will never register my guns, I will own registered NFA items, but I wil never register any rifle, pistol or shotgun.
