As per usual,our colleague Bob is right,AND much more the gentleman I am! I'm sorry,I just bristle at humped up fake militaria. It represents history,not revised history. I wasn't being a hard-case on the original poster,just hoped he would see the light and hopefully return this POS to it's last owner. And yes sir,the stock number at the heel normally has the letter suffix underneath it,like the bolt number,sometimes being in olde script it's hard to see. I hope you didn't lose a mint on this one Derek....
