Help on PPK parts-New pictures

I need a proper grip screw, the proper black grips and a finger extension magazine.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

I found the stuff, but the guy doesn't know what price to put on the grips, screw and mag. Somebody help!!! Ballpark it for me, please.

If the grips and magazine are correct and exc. cond. war-time items, anything under $500 is probably a bargain price.
