7.65 1914 Mauser pistol for review

I'm not into guns so I don't know so much about this one: I believe it's a Mauser 1914, Am I wrong?
A close friend of mine gave it to me a few years ago, his father found it during the liberation of north of France, sept 44. It came orginally with a SS dagger that my friend gae to another guy.
The gun have matching numbers, but not the magasine, but it came with.
I've tried to picture it the best I could, hope it'll be ok for you!
