Walther PP questions

I think this is a walther PP. Friend of mine is looking to sell this and I really dont know what to tell him on the price. Pistol is in great condition except that one the grips are cracked. Holster is in great shape as well. He also has the surrender papers for it. Thanks in advance.

He should be able to get $6-750 for it with out much trouble. It is a later war year PP which was issued to the police. The Eagle/F on the left grip is the police inspection mark. Holster adds $150 but the paper adds some but it is easy to forge so not that many are willing to put a high price on that extra.
