I am pretty sure it is from after the war? the seller wants 145.00 shipped. I offered him 120 shipped and he seemed to misconstrue my offer and added shipping in anyway, should i bother to fight with him over it or just give him the e money? The scope is going to go on my AX40 Mauser 98k. Thanks guys.

Well just as a follow up i had to pay for it.... I paid 120 shipped from the fatherland.

scope will not work as it has a rail on the bottom of the scope. sorry i couldn't get to you before purchase.
