German M13 Machine Gun Clips/Pouch

im being offered this for $75.00 whats the value ??/however i dont know much about guns
the clips are all dated 38-42 with waffen marks
is this german or spanish pouch

To me, the mag in Photo # 4 is very interesting as all other MG-13 mags I have seens are like the ones in Photo #3, i.e. made by BSW in 1938. The mag in Photo #4 is marked with the Mauser "S/42" code and is dated "G" (i.e. 1935) and has the "B 90" inspector's proof that is seen on Mauser products made during this time frame. In fact, these are the same markings you will find on a "G" date Mauser P.08 pistol.
