    Help wit holsters

    Need your expert opinions here

First up, a brown holster that I acquired for my nazi marked radom. Was originally told this was a polish radom holster, but looks like one the collectors guild is calling a belgium browning holster??

Clip fits well into pouch and has a marking of "BA 42596

The back has a marking of 5-00.000.

The belt is also very large and fits a 42 + waist

An unmarked hoslter that I use for my nazi marked Belguim Browning Hipower. However the guild shows this as a polish radom holster. Browning gun fits well but browning mag does not fit into pouch

This shows the radom clip does not fit properly into pouch. The browning high power clip does not fit either

BTW, holster is brown, not black as appearing in some of shots.

Any help in identifying these is greatly appreciated.

Your second holster is indeed a Radom Holster of German WW2 manufacture.

And none of them will cater for the HP35, as this gun has amagazine which is twice as thick as normal single row magazines!
I very much doubt that your first holster is for the Radom. The Polish production of this gun wasn't high, before the Germans took over, so Polish made guns are rare in themselves, and the holsters should be even more so!
Your holster is not identical to the one on the CG pages either, as that one has two magazine pockets.

                    thanks for your help

on the second holster, there are no german markings.

                    is that typical?

I do think so. I seem to remember that these are only marked with green ink inside the flap, and is mostly hard to read due to use....
