                    That is just a NICE example of an "AC42", with good honest wear to it. I love it!!

                        Thanks, I do too. You may have noticed the "modified" front sight on an otherwise untouched veteran handgun. I have been discussing the matter with Matt Weber by PM.

                        It's a minor point that I can well live with and as I told Matt, I have no idea as to who, why, or when the sight was filed down. That is the way I obtained it. Matt informed me that the manufacturers produced a range of front sights of different heights that could be interchanged on the pistol, something I never knew.

                        I've never fired it and have no idea as to it's accuracy.
