    another MP44 question

    Hi everybody

I have been offered another MP44 to buy, my question is if you see normal the butt junction of the weapon, because I have seen other MP44 where the wood fitted more in the shape of the metal junction piece.

I mean that the wood (its contour or perimeter) does not excel of the contour of the metallic part of union with the rest of the weapon.

The contour of the furniture or wooden part is bigger than the contour of the metalic junction piece. In other weapons they are of identical conotur.

Do you see normal the part of wood of the weapon in particular and do you see normal the weapon in general?
    Thank you very much

perhaps I did not explain well
in this drawing I try to explain my concern, the wooden butt has bigger section than the metalic piece, different than other weapons, as the example of the above MP44 of the picture that are equal or similar in section

              thanks

I think it is OK. Just one of those odd little variations. The colour of the wood is a very good match to mine.

                Cheers, Ade.

                  Hello
As Ade said, this might happen although most of them fit the metal sleeve well and doesn't extend (or protrude - Ade, which term is better? ).

Post a picture if you can

                  Regards
                  Jacek

The stock looks O.K. to me. But the rear sight is missing the elevation adjustment slide.
