Hi everyone, i have the oportunity to buy this P38 pistol...Excuse me for the size, but is the best way to see the details.
The Pistol price is 1000 USdollars.
What do you think?

It's a post war "P1". They usually go for 300-400 USD here.

I think Jason's estimate is correct. Most dealers are selling the full rig (w/holster and 2 mags) for $279.00 in EXCELLENT condition. So this pistol considering the condition would be worth about $200.00 USD.

I concur with the above statements. Not sure what these sell for in your area, but here you can get a complete rig as Ron stated for $279 in excellent condition. I would definately pass on this one if I were you.

It's a post-war gun (called P.1).
For that much, and with some luck and right connections, you may be able to find an original WWII-era P.38 in your area.
