Need some info on rifle

I was looking at a small collection of various rifles and shotguns and noticed one rifle, apparently military and it was stamped VZ -24.

I am unfamilar with this model and told the owner I would try to find out something about it.

Have any of you guys seen such a model {VZ-24} and if so could you please tell me what it is.
