Well that's also a nice one isn't it. Too bad about those Russian capture markings. You can find those MG34 more easily than those not captured by the Russians. Who did the activation ? Never seen this ! Mine is British deactivated. The only thing that you can see is a very small cross (sabels) with Queens crown.Originally posted by FestungSpanien View Post

Another nice early MG34, very very nice. as for the R/C markings...well I dont understand why people have such a dislike for them and R/C guns in general, Ok 100% as issued would be nice but at least with a R/C is likley to have seen action in the harshest conditions imaginable and an early one like the BSW may well have been in service during operation barberossa.
My own one is 1944 dot, R/C , mismatched and not uncommon but still a nice peice.
