    You DO NOT know what you are talking about, your baseless speculation adds nothing to the discussion, AND you are WRONG. I suggest you read the above posts from members who are IN the U.S. and are familiar with the law there. They have already given this gentleman the guidance he requires.

    This unit CANNOT be imported to the U.S. unless the receiver is torch cut 3 times (four pieces) and the barrel also deactivated (recent change for all MG barrels) in addition to which he would need a completed and approved BATF/E Form 6 Import Permit.

    The penalty for attempting to import an unregistered MG, which is what he would be doing if he convinced someone in Europe to mail this to him, is 10 years and $10K or both. For these kinds of stakes, people who don't know what they are talking about should keep their mouth shut.

        Looks good too me....Go for it....Once you got it set out in your home it will look even better and your be glad you got this one...

          My dot 1945 MG.34 has an electro-penciled serial number on the feed tray, and it is not a Russian re-build.
