MP 38/40 Loading tool

Can anyone tell me if this loading tool is an original one? If yes what is it's value?
I can't remember when I got it, but I've just found it again!

It looks good. It has a couple of stress marks on the side that I don't like to see but everything else looks ok. Value on these runs between 100-150 bucks.
