    MG42 test and result

    Guys here is another test of my MG42. All of the problems have been worked out. A target is also pitcured. The 42 was fired from 50 yards.

    I have used tripod sometimes, and you can use it for much, much longer distances.
    You are just firing away all ammo in just one burst without aiming.
    Your score from a 50 yard is not impressive....but sure it is some fun.

              Seems slow for a '42....You must have changed the bolt to a heavy one
              or something.....
              Glad to see you got it running well though.

                I can open the link but only get a white screen with a flickery photobucket logo and can't open the video...I can see the first frame in minature though....anybody help me here am I missing a program or something ? (Cookies were enabled BTW).

                  Could you give me info on that trigger mechanism? Is that safety regulations these days or was that extension thing used during the war? Excuse my ignorance. Really impressive though.
