    german deactivation laws

    Hi
I have set my eyes on several nice deactivated guns in Germany, and I was wondering if those could be sent to Europe ( let's say France or Spain).
    Thanks for your help

For all I know, it depends on the law in your country so I think you'd best inform yourself about this matter. For example: if I would buy a French deactivated MG42, it would be illegal here since it isn't officially demilled the Belgian way (different style of demil)...

The only way I think you could get around it would be to have a licenced gun dealer import the guns and have them de acted to your countries spec for you.May be expensive.

You have to find out what your local law says.
But in the past i have sent german deactivated guns to US, France and Spain without problems.
