M2 carbine 2x training cutaway

That's an M2 select fire carbine trainer. Those sell in the $450 - $650 range without the accessories. You'll see them advertised in the $800 - $950 range but I've not seen one sell that high yet. They were contracted by the Navy in the early 50's and the Army soon began ordering them also and Raritan Arsenal managed the training manuals and supply chain for the oversize trainers.
