    need advice

    Hello firearms is not my erea . I perchesed a 7.62 Nagant last night from an old man. I gave him $200.00 for it. It is in mint condition. Maker marked and stamped 1924. I was just wanting to know if I did ok and how hard are these to find? oh it is a 7 shot pistal.Thank you for any help and for looking. Best regards .

    Hi Dav, the price will vary from country to country, but it sounds a fair price to me.

        The 20s dates are a little bit rarer, but most likely it is an import and they still sell in great condition for $100ish!

        Most likely to me, that price would be high.

        p.s. If it's NOT an import, THEN you're talking!

          You gave him the exact market value for one in mint condition, if it's not import marked. If it is single-action only, you can add about 50% to that number. If it is NKVD marked, then it is worth about 200% of what you paid for it.
