    MP40 Help Needed, Quick

I came across this deactivated MP40 locally tonight, but don't know much about them. I'm leaving town tomorrow and this piece is leaving a few days later. I'm tempted, and i know the pics aren't great but any help would be good. Here's what I know. It's in good shape, and the stock folds and locks nicely. The mag actually is removable. The bolt slides back up into what looks to be the safety position. What is a ballpark figure for something like this. It's stamped MP40 and also 41 and a 4 digit number.

The final one. Even a general opinion and a ballpark figure would help. The same on that panzerfaust in the first pic would be good too.

                    Hi Steve

Its hard to tell from the pics, is it maching numbers or not, and is it reblued or not. I would say ~1000Euros if not matching . Also i noticed that the trigger is in rear position which should not happen. So maybe the trigger mechanism should be inspected. OK its an easy job to repair. The Panzerfaust is nice i would pay ~350 - 500Euros

Please note thats the price range in my country, maybe in other countrys you have to pay a lot more or less ...

Hope i could help you a bit ...

                      Mp40

Difficult to tell too much from the pics but the rear of the receiver is stamped "fxo 41" which is Haenel manufacture in 1941, whereas from the side view you can see the trigger guard is "bnz" (Steyr) made and probably 43 on.
In this case the serial numbers probably don't match.
No comments on value in your area I'm afraid.
                      Good luck!

Thanks. I just don't have enough knowledge in this area to make a snap judgement when a few thousand bucks are on the line. That's a good way to lose money in this hobby. I'll be patient.
