That ppk is very beautiful! You have some nice pieces there...and I feel 1-3 that are on the low end. That really small one is a common bringback item, I think they get like $100-250? The german target pistol reminds me a lot of the Thompson models they have out now for a larger caliber round.

The pistol in the box, and the ppk will get you some good money, as obviously, the matching lugers will!

Mike, Scotty: thanks for your responses. I will try to get a picture of the top of the Luger as soon as I can.

Based on the condition of the guns, would around $800 each be a fair price for the Luger and the PPK and say $500 for the Walther P-38?

The P08 and the P38 both look to have been smudged with cold blue , if so it does hurt their values a good bit. Rub them dwon with some WD40 and see if the mottled finish does not come off on the rag. If it does - it's cold blue that was applied by someone.
The P08 holster looks to have the Police starburst mark on it, and the walther holster I would think is police issue as well.
