I have just been offered 2 early BSW deact mg34s one all matching numbers the other some mismatched both guns are exelent condition and both have the early machined top cover one has a wooden but the other with a reinforced bakelite one the guy will not sell them seperatly what is a fair price on these as i will have to sell one as i dont need 2

Hi,
At Stoneleigh Militaria fair last weekend there were more MG34s than ever before - ex Russia - probably refinished as they were all very black.
Couldn't see a matching bolt anywhere but a few matching top covers, some with one struck-out serial number and another added.
Wood butts, bakelite butts with metal tips - saw one four holer!
On one stand they were £795 - at another £775 most probably from the same source.
For a change they weren't on Ryton's stand.
