      MG Carrying strap.

      This is an original sling.

        Yup, look original. It should also have a WaA mark on the side of the pistol grip attachement.

          mg 34/42 sling

          metal fittings.look good.leather looks good.i would say.a very nice pre 1945
          sling.

              Yes, it will fit (but a sling for MG34 would not fit at a MG42 - pistol grip of MG42 is wider than grip of MG34, while the MG34-sling grip-attachment is narrower).
