Rockola Carbine 8-43

Hey guys... I hope this will post correctly, Mr. Moderator, please delete the other thread that I guess I messed up:

I have a buddy looking to let go of a Rockola made M1 Carbine, dated 8-43, I think it is. I looked up some info on them and I saw that Rockola made the fewest I think?

No bayo lug, flip peep site, so I guess it is NOT the "referbished" version mostly seen. He said it is nice with the usual dings and all... no rust but wear.

My question, what is the price range on these? I know they are pretty good to find, if 100% unmessed with.

Unmessed with Rock-Ola's are Hot!! If I had one for sale as you describe, I would not hesitate to ask $1200 - $1500. And not back off!!
Course you gotta remember, everything else must be correct Rock-Ola too. Receiver, Bbl, STOCK, trigger hsg, bolt, firing pin, etc. etc. If you don't already have it, Reisch's book "M 1 Carbine" is the best reference as to what the Rock-Ola (or any other carbine) should come with if it's stock.
Rock-Ola is not the fewest.... Irwin Pedersen is.
