          Thanks for posting these excellent detailed closeups of your MP-40II feed system. Is your gun made by Steyr?
          Have you posted pictures of your collection a few years ago? Possibly on another site? I seem to remember seeing one in a private collection before but don't recall the details.
          Here is a picture of the only one I've seen in person - at the Aberdeen museum.

                        there is a dug up example in the Bayeux Museum, Normandy.

                        Do you mind if I put a link to this thread in the collections area I started about german guns?
