    German designations for captured weapons?

    Some time ago, I came across a list of Wehrmacht designations for captured foreign weapons. Does anyone know where such a list might be (especially r/e Russian weapons)?

        Hi Chris, here are the numbers for the Russian stuff

        PPD34/38 = MP.715(r)

        PPD40 = MP.716(r)

        PPSh41 = MP.717 (r)

        SVT40 = Selbstladegewehr 259(r)

        Maxim M1910 = MG.216(r)

        DP28 = Le MG.120 (r)

        DS39 = sMG.218(r)

                German Ordnance designations for Soviet handguns:

                Revolver 612 (r) (ex Russian M95 Nagant revolver) caliber 7.62mm
                Pistole 615 (r) (ex Russian TT30/33) caliber 7.62x25mm
