That one is in great condition. Wear hearing protection. I used to shoot 2 3/4 inch shells in a Flues receiver A&B but later read it was a shorter chamber. If your friend is going to shoot it I'll look for the reference. That is a nice holster also. They are great for dove and quail if legal in your state. I used to wear one ear plug, shoot one handed and plug the other with my finger. It seamed louder than 12 ga pistols even though I know it is not.

This belongs in a pic with Jeff or my Webley/Federal gas gun, a Winchester 351 SLR and a Colt M1921 TSMG. Just wondered if there are any gangster collectors or there.

Thanks to William for takeing and posting these pictures he did a great job.
The chambers are 21/2 that would acount for why the rounds were a little long, I appreciate thoe your advice.
Its funny you mention the 351 Winchester, I have one I inherted from my father he use to do alot of deer hunting with it, also he like it because he could break it down and put it his pack when he when prospecting with my uncle.

I'm just wondering if that thing is legal here in the U.S. of A...!!!

Interesting background too--- I don't know "bones" about scatterguns!!

I could kick myself for not ever shooting one of our 351s that had been previously issued. We replaced them and the Tommy guns with Mini 14s in the 1980s. Don't worry I shot all of the Colt Thompsons at least once.

Why don't you show the 351. It is a classic also.

That is a beautiful and very rare gun, especially in that condition. Glad you knew about the 2 1/2 inch chamber. I understand the barrels can be bulged and I would not ream the chamber to 2 3/4" in this gun if it were not already done.

I had a set of barrels made for a Flues receiver converted 16 to 20. The barrels were blown. I have thought about building a replica A&B so that I would not mind shooting it. My friend spent so much time buildiing tooling and making the long barrels I hate to cut them. (I would of course get a mfg and tax stamp)

Yes it is legal if registered and very valuble in that condition with holster.

There was an article about these in a recent edition of Small Arms Review that was extremely informative. Might be worth looking for the back issue if more information is sought, IIRC it was published in the last year.

Nice! I think my wrist would hate me if I fired it, though!
