    MG42s, back from the dead.

Guys, here is my hobby/buisness. I build Post Sample MG42s from demiled kits. It takes time, but here is the end result. One is refinished, and the other is ready for final finish.
No guys are building semi 42s from the same kits, but they are getting harder to find.
    I am a BATF approved Mfg, a 07FFL/SOT
Here are a couple of pitcures.

Very nice!! I'm glad someone is bringing them back to their former glory!! I don't mean semi auto either! To me those are nothing but glorified G43's!! So, what is a Post sample Mg42 going for nowadays?? If you don't mind me asking??

          Mg42

Post Sample MGs are Mg that were regestered after June of 1986. After that date a law was pased saying that, no more MG could be made for public purchase. Before you had Dealer Samples and Transfurable. Now we have, Pre 1986 Samples, Post 1986 Samples, and Transfurable MGs. Per Samples can be kept by the Dealer after he gives up his FFL. Post Samples can only be kept as long as the FFL is renewed. Samples can only be purchased by BATF approved dealers. That is why transfurable MG are much more $$$$. Post sample MG42s $3000.00, Pre Sample MG42s $15,000.00 Transfurable MG42 $40,000.00
I use most of my Post Sample MG42s for reenacting, and Movie work. They work the same as Transfurable. Check out our web site for reenacting www.lssah.com.

              Post Sample MG42s

              Hi,
And we thought we had problems in the UK with "old-spec" and "new-spec" de-acts!
              Best regards,
              Phil
