    91/30 Sniper value

What are these worth now. Top is a Ish 43. Bottom is a Tula 43. I am thinking of getting a Japanese Sniper.
    Thanks, Scott

Are these "re-snipered" or are they all original matching and non-imported?

A well done re-sniper is fetching on average $450-$600 these days. A non-import, non-refurbished genuine numbers matching PU-sniper is in the $1500-$2000 range.

FYI: The importer R-Guns is now selling genuine numbers-matching (including scope), but Russian-refurbished PU-snipers for $800 for an Izhevsk, and $900 for a Tula.

    P.S. I own a 1942 Ishevsk re-snipered PU that is my baby!

The Ish is not import marked. Bolt is mis-matched thats it. I am going to keep that one. The Tula is an arsenal re-build w/ all matching #'s. It is import marked. This is the one I may list for sale.
      Thanks, Scott

Your Izhevsk sounds a lot like a Sarco ex-sniper that was re-snipered (most of these had mis-matched bolts). Just a guess. Does it have a scope number stamped on the left side of the barrel shank, just above the wood? Most of the Sarco ex-snipers came with the turn-down bolt, stock cut-out intact and un-filled reciever scope-base holes still on the rifle. Just add a scope, a scope base and a mount and your done!

Your Izhevsk may also have been imported before the requirement that they be marked.

These are pretty desirable; priced somewhere between a re-sniper and an R-Guns refurbished numbers-matching sniper.

Not sure about your Tula- Does it have the proper sniper markings on the barrel shank?

I have got them locked away in a safe. I will have to get them out when I get a chance.
          Thanks, Scott

I know nothing about the scopes on these. What are WW2 marks for these?
