MP sling question

An MP 40 leather sling wit markings in ink "H B A (and a date possible but nearly readable 1967 ??)" are these post war made or other army stamping?

HBA is Austrian Army. HeeresBeschaffungsAmt. Like LBA in WWII in the Wehrmacht.

I never see your sling, how could i answer your question?
But imo all postwar. Did you find other stamp on the sling? Mine was stamped MP 40!
