Every armory in Europe that have had (or has for that matter) stock of the MG42 have a multitude of spare parts. Sometimes these spares turn up long after the main article has been stricken from inventory.

The only one of these I have seen before was a relic example that had a bakerlite cocking handle, I wouldnt have thought it would be too hard to reproduce these, this is just my opinion
