Colt .45 shoulder-holster

I have a question concerning a US shoulder-holster.
Maybe somebody can give me a advice.
It is not in my collecting fields, but it's a very nice piece... I sure love holsters

I can buy it from a guy here in the area for 90 euro approx. 130 us-dollars...

It is original, I've had it already in my hands.

It is stamped USMC and Boyt (or Boyd) 1943

My questions are:

Is it a rare piece in good condition, and is the money well spend?

USMC shoulder holsters are uncommon in any condition. Price still seems a bit high to me, but ---- other opinions welcome.
