    That's a great looking Luger !
    Were you able to keep it live on an FAC as a War Trophy or did you have to put it in for the chop and get it deactivated?

        yes this luger was live when we first had it, we hactually had it bought over by another relative from California, this was many years back before the laws tightened up over here so we had it deactivated, my only regret is I never got chance to fire it.

        Bless my Unkle he survived the attack at Peal Harbour after being stuck in oily water for four hours, he never liked to talk about his war experience

          I would be curious to know the whole serial number of the pistol, including the letter suffix which will appear beneath the serial number on the front of the frame. Also I am interested in what, if any, markings appear on the reverse sides of the grip panels. Thanks.
