While I don't collect WWI Lugers I do have a pre-WWI luger that is unit marked to a machine gun team within a regt. My question is do you have resources to research the history of the regt. in question.

The pistol itself is about 97% with two wooden bottom matching magazines and came with a pre-WWI holster and lanyard.

I would like very much to learn what I can of the units history.
