    Prices of some WWII german weapons

    Hi Everyone !
    This year im going to be at the War and Peace Show Beltring, I want to get back to Spain with a WWII german firearm for my colection. And I would apreciate if anyone could orientate me about prices (aprox ) of this items: (I already know about MG42 prices thanks to other message I posted in this forum thanks again guys for your time and attention.)

    P08 Luger-------------?

    MP 40----------------?

    k 98------------------?

    Gewehr 43-------------?

    MP44------------------?

    and a "potato masher"-----------------?

    Hi Alberto, here is a rough price guide.

    P08 ******163;450

    MP40 ******163;1,800 to ******163;2000 if "Old Spec" moving parts. New spec about ******163;950.

    K98 ******163;250

    G43 Never seen one for sale! But I hear about ******163;1800 to ******163;2000. Rare here.

    MP44 ******163;1,800 to ******163;2000 Again old spec

    Stick grenade ******163;100

    These prices are for good condition items.

        That's about right Ade, a matching numbers P08 would be around £600 - £700, I think these are a bargain at the minute, not a great increase in price over the years, the only way is up!!

            Can be bought for £200, but if you want an original old spec untouched example - £350 - £450.

              on the G43 add a few hundred to the price theres one for sale at the moment sniper rig in gunmart for ******163;4500 i would say ******163;3000 without scope and mount i have been offerd ******163;2000 for one of mine which has a repro stock and pitted metalwork and compleately unmatching
              The rest are about right

                where the hell are you getting p08's for 900 dollars? not even mismatched p08's can be had for that in all of my browsing. Hell, not even the commercial lugers unless they are mismatched. Do England pistol prices lower their value due to deactivation? I figured since everyone has to have deactivated then the prices should be no different.

                you can't touch a P08 for less than 1400 dollars in the U.S. as far as I know. And I believe the true average to be around 1700 dollars.

                that is why I will never start collecting them. I'm a teacher so not enough money. Thankfully, walther ppk's and sauer 38h's can still be reasonably purchased.
                the thing that pisses me off, is that there were millions of lugers produced. So why are lugers so expensive?
                It's pretty gay that I can find police marked 38h's for 500 bucks, but I need 2,000 dollars for luger that was made in the millions when you add up the WWI and WWII production?

                  in norway the luger prices is from 300 us to 500 but norway is floded with them so they are hard to sell.

                    really? damn. My brother was going to norway during his U.S. submarine service the past 3 years. I wish I had known and I would of had him go hunting for me.

                    are most pistols deactivated in norway like england?

                      some of them are deact but mostly they are live and kikking.

                        yes england is the land of cheap deacs

                        im moving to england and im looking forward to getting a couple of lugers and an mp40, you guys in the states must pay the earth because they have been very high in demand during and since ww2 paying big dollars even in those days, ive heard $100-150 bucks and $35 for a p38 theres a whole lot of new p38s from a russian ww2 cache been released into the uk and selling for 325 pounds http://www.rytonarms.co.uk/shop/shop.php check these gys for lugers too

                          Hi - I'm wondering where you & me could find a German stick handgrenade in good shape for £ 100.- ? Perhaps years ago it was possible to find some for this price in Germany - but nowadays, no chance ........

                              Please dont go by his priceings he is well above the market average i have never payed more than £100 for any of my grenades have 2 M43 and 4 M24s mostly pieced together buying the stick and head seperate you will have to look hard but they are there to be found cheap
