Springfield M6 Survival Rifle Value ?

if anyone can help me for a estimated value of this rifle ? the rifle is cal 22.lr and 410 . is it a rare rifle ? this one offered to me is the first that i have see .
a frind tell me that these rifles are in ww 2 for air craft crews is it corect ?

Hello,

If it is indeed a Springfield M6 it is 1950's in date. The original survival weapon from WWII was made by Stevens and are worth about 1200 to 2000 depending on condition and if it has paperwork(these firearms are covered under the 1934 NFA as they have barrels less than 16" in length) without paperwork they are not sellable in the US. If it's a M6 value is only in the 200 to 400 range and they are still being made in the Czech Republic.
