To answer Steve's question

Steve,
That's the Hellenic Cross. I'll show you a close-up of the ones on the left of the receiver and on the bbl. There is an Hellenic cross on the bbl, then a little "V" with the cross over it, then again the cross. The little "V" thingie is the inspector mark of Herr Vogelsang of the Swiss military.
